What dreams are you reaching for? What is holding you back from achieving those dreams? Coaching is a proven way to move past any blocks and be empowered to move forward with greater clarity, focus, and potency.

Sessions can be held via video, phone call, or in person. If you just need a quick boost to get into action, sign up for a single session, or to dive deeper and create more transformation in your life, sign up for a series. Typically, meetings are bi-weekly, but we will figure out what works best for you, from a single session to address a pressing need to a 6 month series to transform some area of your life. Let me help you develop a plan to achieve your personal and professional goals in the area you care most about.

Resilience Coaching

Resilience is not just about bouncing back; it’s about being able to respond to all the big and small challenges that you face every day with presence, acting in a way that you feel satisfied with. This session series will support you in developing resilience so you can thrive through all that life throws your way.

Online or in-person options available. Includes access to an app that supports building resilience and an assessment tool with resilience scores before and after to see progress.
